1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FuturesIndicators.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Service.

2. Products & Licenses

We sell digital software products (indicators) for the NinjaTrader 8 platform. Upon purchase, you receive a license key that grants you access to use the software on a single machine. Licenses are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Each license is bound to one machine at a time. You may transfer your license to a different machine through your dashboard, subject to a 24-hour cooldown period between transfers.

3. Free Trials

We may offer free trial licenses for our products. Trials are limited to one per product, per user, per machine. Attempting to circumvent trial limits by creating multiple accounts or other means is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to purchase products or start a trial. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. Prices are listed in USD. You agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at support@futuresindicators.com with your order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Upon refund, your license key will be revoked and you will no longer have access to the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, content, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Futures Indicators. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our products. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell any of our products.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our indicators will produce profits or any specific trading results. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Futures Indicators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss, arising from your use of or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

10. Risk Disclosure

Futures trading carries a high level of risk and may not be appropriate for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition. The indicators we provide are tools to assist in analysis — they are not trading advice, signals, or recommendations.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
